			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have today, had over 9000 (yes you read that right) emails in my spam folder which seem to be connected to "lifecoachjohn" who apparently liked my last blog post.  This is ridiculous and I see that his blog is no longer live. Is there anything I can do?</p>
