Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

Since you will still use the same blog, but just with a domain covering it, subscribers will stay where they are. They will follow your new domain automatically.

@notawoodpecker In this case she doesn't need a name change. Changing the address will reset stats since they are tracked per domain. Followers, and likes will stick to the site. Search results will update accordingly once the site is crawled by the search engine again.

If you prefer hosting your site elsewhere (eg Bluehost), then you can follow this guide on how to export your WordPress.com content.

Yes it's this blog, even though I registered it quite a while back I have only really started posting during the past few weeks.

The mistake is simply down to the spelling of Losing (I put 2 o's in, duh).
I have gone back to Bluehost and purchased the correct spelling domain name, so now I have http://www.losingmylemons.com as well.

I am unsure of where to go from here, do I export or re-direct blog, and what is the difference anyway!?!

I have also been advised to manually move all of the content over, as there are only 11 posts so far, which is do-able, and then to post a link on the original blog advising subscribers etc...but wouldn’t I lose all of my comments then?
