Every site/blog is independent no matter how many you register under the same username. Deleting one has no effect on any others.
You cannot delete anyone else's blog unless you have Admin access to it.
Why are you deleting at all?

Then it just sits there as an archive

If you do really want to delete the site

Dashboard >> Tools >> Delete Site >> Just follow the directions - takes three steps including an "are you sure" email with a link in it you need to click on
