I'm not sure that the term static is quite right here. I do have a static front page on my blog. I use it more as a website. I've set up a custom menu or pages and categories with with sub menus that show up when the link is hovered over. I do not want anything to happen if someone clicks the main link. I only want them to be able to go to the sub categories/pages from the navigation of links on the top of my page. I believe I randomly saw a video about how to do this. But, I cannot remember what it was called or where I found it to find it again. Is it possible to do this for both categories and pages that are links on my front page?
