When I switched to Chrome, I was able to access my stats. But none of the proposed solutions worked for Firefox, and I haven't heard of any problems reported while using Firefox to check stats.

Not a big deal--I can always check stats on my phone, or use Chrome. It would just be nice to be able to use Firefox, which is my browser of choice.
