We can use third party visitor tracking on WordPress.com blogs provided they are non-Javacript.

We can also use Flag counter > In the flagcounter page, you select the customization options you prefer, then click "get my flag counter", copy the "Code for websites" and paste it in a text widget. > http://flagcounter.com/
