Gotcha. Try this to add some padding around the menu items in the Structure theme so there is more distance between each one:

.ot-menu {
    width: 100%;
}

.ot-menu li {
    margin-right: 12px;
}

Note that if you add more menu items in the future or change the widths of the ones listed there now, you'll need to adjust the margin-right number accordingly.

I would like to change the distance between the menu items, so that I can place them in the full width of my page.

If you just want to change the order of menu items, you should use a custom menu like timethief suggested: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Or were you trying to change they way the menu items themselves look in some way? Do you want to change the distance between them or just change the order?

Note that the location of the Home tab cannot be changed as it is supplied by the template underlying the theme and we cannot edit theme or templates. However, if you create a custom menu then you can create a custom Home link, position it where you wish in your custom menu, and choose not to display the Home tab coded into the template.

I have not to many CSS editing experience, but if I get a code or an explanation I think I know how to get it done. I do have the custom design upgrade, so I am able to change.

The Page Attributes module allows you to set page parents and templates, and to change the order of your pages.

Do you have CSS editing experience and have you purchased an annually renewable custom design upgrade? Without the upgrade you cannot change distances between the page tabs.

I would like to change the distance between the titles of my pages in the navigation bar, or centre them.
To explain myself; i would like to have "home" on the right sight of the page and "contact" on the left.
