They don't get emails when it's changed. And if you fix an error, etc, in a post that's already up, they don't see that.

As for comments, yes, they get an email every time a comment is added to whichever thread they've subscribed to.

If somebody checks the "Subscribe to this site by email" box below a post, do they get an email every time I modify an existing post (which I have a habit of doing!) or only when I publish a NEW post?

How does it work with Comments? Do they get an email every time a new Comment is added?
