That link is for possible themes for users with self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Your blog is a WordPress hosted WordPress.com blog. While some themes exist in both places, the Suffusion theme is not one of them.

Just to clear up any confusion, WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two different entities. You can read more about them both at:
