The posts are very well written on your blog, they are personal and thoughtful which fits your blog's name :)
However, a few more pictures here and there in the posts could make them more attractive and pad out the writing as some readers find blocks of writing daunting, thus acting like a deterrent.

Visually, Bueno is an ideal theme for your blog as it is clutter free and easy on the eye. However, the only thing I could fault is the clash and blue and red in the CSS. It goes very well on the posts but the right hand menu is a bit of a struggle to read. Don't despair!! this is easily alterable, red white and blue is a strong colour scheme and can work well, try a white background and use red and blue as text/link colours :)

Ohter than adressing the colour clash and possibly a few more pictures, which to be honest are minor issues, the blog on the whole is good, so keep writing dude!!!
