Generally the topics are not actually support questions they are of the nature of "how to ___ can you give me step by step instructions" or "how do I do what you have done on your blog questions".

I have been told that this feature would be called a "tagboard" or "message board" and that we will never get such a capacity unless we ask for it. So please put this on the "wish list" and thank you for listening.
