			<description><![CDATA[<p>1) yes, it's a good idea to use either tags or categories, as plenty of readers are only interested in one topic. As your blog grows, too, you'll find yourself using them to navigate. I prefer categories, myself, because the category widget has an unlimited number of categories, whereas the tag widget displays a maximum of 45.</p>

<p>No. This is a muituser blogging platform and we bloggers cannot access metadata files. Matt Cutts makes it clear that so many have tried to game search engine results with bogus meta keyword tags that Google ignores them.<br />
