is there any way to get a Goodreads widget on WordPress?

If and if there is a Flash code then you may be able to use a gigya shortcode > see here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/07/22/gigya-shortcode-3-widgets/

The CSS at the beginning and all the "class" stuff in the divs (the standard HTML in case javascript is not active in the browser) would have to be stripped out and then everything styled using "style" properties in the divs instead.

It would then be a static list, not the dynamic javascript list you were probably hoping for.
