			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are many descriptions easy to find if you search. But the gist of it is that with WordPress.com, everybody shares the same hostspace, so although there's a bit less flexibility, it takes much less knowledge, effort, and risk. Using WordPress.org, you have to provide for (and usually pay for) your own hostspace. You may also have to install your own copy of the WordPress software, unless you use a hostspace provider who takes care of that.
