All you have to do to risk being fined is have a link to an online retailer. Say you like a great new store and write that, you could get fined if you don't meet the vague guidelines of the FTC. Got a blog for your family and write about your kids' favorite Pop Tart flavor? Yep, the government wants to get involved!

I do reviews and giveaways and guess what? I'll do whatever I want, regardless of the FTC. If they fine me I will raise hell, contacting every newspaper, media outlet, tv channel, etc. I can.
