yourfriendmel - If you let me know the username of the person whose Gravatar is not showing up, I can take a look at it.

As timethief says, the Gravatar's rating might be the issue, but I'd have to take a look to confirm.

I will tag this thread for Staff support.

But do know that when people do not choose to upload a gravatar and do click like buttons there is no gravatar displayed.

Also know that the rating you set here > Settings > Discussion > Avatars > Maximum Rating can prevent the display of "mature" avatars.
G — Suitable for all audiences
PG — Possibly offensive, usually for audiences 13 and above
R — Intended for adult audiences above 17
X — Even more mature than above

I don't it has to do with gravatars because I have two other blogs and some of the same people have liked posts on those and their gravatar does show up. That's why I don't understand what's happening.

While I'm in this thread please note what follows. Be aware that likes are not page views. In fact, likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can "like" and "share" your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. See here for what I do to compel readers to read posts on my site > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/07/09/wordpress-followers-likes-and-stats

That notifications problem is not "similar" to the issue yourfriendmel identified when creating this thread.

Please check your settings here > Settings > Discussion
E-mail me whenever
Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation
Someone likes one of my posts
Someone reblogs one of my posts
Someone follows my blog

Please also check your email address settings. You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

8 likes ... Could you fix this problem?

There is no problem that requires fixing. The like button can be used by any Gravatar/wordpress.com member who is logged in. However, those that do not choose to have Gravatar images don't leave behind gravatars when they click the like button.

I noticed that the 'Like' button on my Created 2 Fly blog doesn't seem to be working because yesterday, I had notifications saying I had around 8 likes on Toot Your Horn and it only shows one. I noticed this problem before but I thought that it would fix itself once the server updated or something but it didn't. I even changed themes yesterday to see if it would fix it but it didn't. Could you fix this problem?
