I need to change a blog address for an upcoming project.

I have changed blog addresses a number of times before by going to 'My Blogs' then clicking 'Change Blog Address', as shown in this support:

However, I logged in today to find that the site had been updated and now there is no 'Change Blog Address' option, so how do I change my blog address?
