So, I know it works to upload themes with a self-hosted blog, but this is my second time it's not letting my upload themes into WordPress on a WordPress-hosted blog. And the one I want doesn't show up in the list (Atahualpa).

Do I need to slap my own domain on there to get Atahualpa running, or am I just unlucky?
