It appears in every Chrome Browser, no matter the computer. It does not appear on my blog page for my readers though.

Above the line I can not click any links and below the line I can. I am not sure what transpired to create the line but I need to know how to get rid of it without hurting my content.

Again, this only effect Chrome Browser (my preferred). I can use Explorer, Firefox, and Safari with no issues.

I have a screenshot if someone would like to look at it.
