The ticker won't fit in your sidebar. You can post it on a post but other bloggers have posted them on a Special Event page. It's in html so it's okay to use on our blogs here. Is the one you want html?

As well, what is the code you are trying to add? Anything with javascript, script or flash are automatically deleted for security reasons. If you could paste the code here, we can tell you if is possible or not. Make sure when pasting it in these forums you use the 'backticks' around it. That is the key to the left of the 1 key.
