Basically, for free with wordpress you get a blog on a subdomain of wordpress.com. Your blog is at http://taskylonea.wordpress.com/ .

You can buy a domain like taskylonea.com without the wordpress.com and if you want you can buy a domain maping upgrade to make your WordPress.Com domain appear there.

You can also go to a hosting service and have the domain map to a wordpress.org blog you install yourself. In this case if you want people who try to access the old http://taskylonea.wordpress.com/ site to be redirected to your new blog you can buy the site redirect upgrade.

If you do want to transfer your blog to .org then this article may be helpful, though I wouldn't do it unless you are prepared to learn a lot about maintaining a site, applying upgrades, etc.

You can not have a .org URL at taskylonea.wordpress.com., however you can get a site redirect upgrade (which takes people going from taskylonea.wordpress.com ro taskylonea.com so that you won't lose readers.
