I have linked up Jetpack on http://cpanel4.tomahawktech.com/~saltands/ with my WordPress.com account. The http://www.saltandserenity.com blog is the first one on my blogs dashboard list.

So the switch is:
move subscribers and followers from http://www.saltandserenity.com to http://cpanel4.tomahawktech.com/~saltands.

Hopefully this is working now - I originally had linked Jetpack to my client's WordPress account instead of mine, however I'm an admin for her account, so I assume that will work.

I've got JetPack installed and have imported the email subscribers already.

The WordPress.com blog is Saltandserenity.com and the new blog is currently at http://cpanel4.tomahawktech.com/~saltands/ .

My next step will be to switch the domain name over, but I'd like everything up and running smoothly first.
