I've just transferred my blog http://www.rukhaiyar.com to self-hosted service. Everything worked fine except subscriber transfer. one may see at rukhaiyar.wordpress.com (which was earlier rukhaiyar.com hosted on wordpress.com) have 349 followers. But, don't know how to transfer them to newly hosted location. Need help.
