I just wanted to know if a staff member could help transfer my 1,830 followers from my WordPress.com account to my WordPress.org account. The site/blog this pertains to is http://www.blaremagazine.com

Side Question: Having just recently moved and made my WordPress.org site available to the public, how do I restart the rankings I had in search engines such as Google? My site and other links would pop up when you searched for "Blare" or "Blare Magazine" and now it's vacant from search listings. The same problem is attributed to Google News as my media outlet is a new main resource in Toronto, Canada, and GN would regularly post updates on different sections (album reviews, tracks, videos, interviews etc.).
