It looks like those widgets use Flash. "Embed" tags are not allowed on WordPress.COM, however a workaround is to convert them into a Gigya shortcode as explained here:

I tried sticking the embed code it gives into a Text/HTML widget and it isn't working.

Any suggestions? Or what am I doing wrong?
