I am trying to switch it to the organization's email address, but it isn't working! I receive a confirmation email to the new address which states:

"Dear user,

You recently requested to have the email address on your account changed.
If this is correct, please click on the following link to change it:
http://wordpress.com______

You can safely ignore and delete this email if you do not want to take this action."

... but clicking this link still does not allow me to log in with the new address!! What the heck?!
