Searching prior to posting is always recommended as it usually provides an answer much faster than waiting for a Volunteer to do it for you.

Blogs hosted on WordPress.com cannot use Rafflecopter as it's a Javscript widget and Javascript is stripped out by our software to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ I don't know of any widgets that do what you want to do that we can use.

Note: Plugins are for WordPress.org installs only. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
