Note: the span hover before color is the color of the little rectangular symbol to the left of the text "Load More Posts". Hope this helps someone. Of course, you must have the Custom Design Upgrade for this to work.

You can right-click on the element and select the "Inspect Element" option to see the HTML of the element you clicked on as well as all the CSS that applies to it.

I checked http://petitecuisine.wordpress.com/ and I don't see a "Load more posts" button there right now. If you still need help, can you reply with a link where we can see the button you're trying to change?
