If you want to do that you'll have to get a self-hosted blog on WordPress.org. They are different. Please read this:

Sorry if this has been asked many times already, but I've tried following the instructions in the various forums around to no avail. My site is http://tourdejapan.wordpress.com and I'm trying to get into the index.php file in the themes (I'm using sundance now), but everytime I try to go to http://tourdejapan.wordpress.com/wp-content/themes/sundance/index.php, I get the error that the webpage is not found. Am I going onto the wrong page?
