Remove the check for "show the feedback and progress sidebar after posting".

I find it incredibly annoying. I do not want to be cheered on for every post I make, I'm not 10 years old and I don't need that kind of encouragement. Its more likely to send me off to Blogger or somewhere equally NOT as otherwise good as WordPress.
