It's a copy and paste job. Moreover, It's NOT a good idea as Posts have tonnes of Google juice and Pages don't.

You can add posts to your custom menu. You follow these instructions for doing that http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links

P.S. You can choose to use a shorter Posts slug in the menu tab.
