It's just not there at all.

I'm using the Twenty Eleven theme. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it just a feature of the theme? CSS is not an option for me :(

BTW, on my other blog which uses a different theme (Motion by Volcanic) the sidebar appears as usual.
