It just simply grabs the lst available photo in your post and displays a thumbnail. No problem. No thinking.

Twenty Eleven doesn't seem to do this. Therefore my last 3 posts have no thumbnail photo pulled over automatically when I change from standard to gallery post format. Is it possible for us to have this automatically generated for us in Twenty Eleven??
