Now i need to move all content in one blog, but many record will have the same ID and a simple import do not work properly.

Google is aimed at providing relevant search results to those using their search utility and that means not wasting user time by providing duplicate content in the search engine page results. You can export and import content between WordPress.com blogs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ Export files are copies of content so once they have been successfully imported you can delete them at the source.
