1. you need to stay patient answering some basic, stupid question for the bloody 134^th time. Bite your tongue and carry on nicely although you may think <i>What a moron!</i> Many questions may sound silly to the tech savvy but they are always asked in good faith. People may just get it wrong all the time but you're sopposed to play nice. If you cannot live up to this spare yourself the effort and others the frustration.
2. If someone else has answered a question, you shouldn't cut in unless you are aware of some unaddressed aspect to the issue. There is absolutely no point in answers like Person A is right.Do what he says.
