Mark mentioned that to me in passing a few months ago.

Just for reference the poster is coming in from Hong Kong as per their IP address. Last time I knew those folks only had one internet line to the mainland and it ran through the China mainland. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't an issue with censorship done by their government.

Best bet would be to contact staff via an email to support at this domain but chances are there's little that they can do.
