The URL was deleted by the owner so now it is gone forever.

You could modify the name, say with a number before or after or try something like J3nnamak3s…

Or you could pay for a domain upgrade and register jennamakes.com (or .net or one of the others) if it's available;

I would like to change my blog name to jennamakes.wordpress.com but when I attempt to do this from the Dashboard, it tells me that the site already exists. However when I go to this URL, it says that the "jennamakes.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this blog.". Is it possible to change to this blog name please?
