1. At Users -> Personal Settings, this is mostly for account-specific notifications.

2. At Settings -> General, this is mostly for blog-specific notifications.

Make sure that you have changed both.

I have tried several times over a period of several days with no success. It keeps saying that the request is pending, but no email has been received (nor is it in the spam folder). I also checked and there is no other account registered with this new email address.

Anything else I can try? Thanks.
