Can you do something similar for me? I just started with WordPress last week and I would like to delete *all* my blog content: all posts and comments, whether published or unpublished. I have the same problem as thenoawebsite but I'd rather start everything over.

Do you want all the duplicate (blank) comments deleted? I can access them and delete them for you if you wish, but I wanted to confirm to be sure.

In the 'In Response To' column it just has the word balloon with a 0 and no link. If I had the resources to host the blog myself the fix could be easy as I would just make changes directly to the DB. All in all it doesn't affect the blog other than my desire to keep it tidy under the hood.

I tried both the Blogger auto-import widget and the manual WordPress import after I had converted the Blogger file into a WordPress file. The issue came from the auto-import when one of the times I had tried it it had only brought over the comments and not the posts that they would be associated with.
