It seems like you're referring to a blog other than elizabethatherton.wordpress.com . What's the blog's address?

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

My friend has set up a wordpress.com blog but can't log into her account. On the initial log in page it says her username or password is wrong. When she goes to recover her password it says that her account can't be found but when she goes to the account recovery form it recognises her e-mail and suggests trying the password recovery form. Any ideas?
