Custom Design is a paid upgrade that costs $30.00 per blog, per year.

Pay $30 to upgrade is fine. Unfortunately this feature is not available, WordPress.com is offering a 'bundle' instead with features-rich I don't need for the time being. (Surely later, yes.)

The CSS feature is to support demos described in the tutorials. I choose 'Sight' as theme because CSS was working very well. Now it's gone. The sad thing is, most contents published regularly every 3 days rely heavily on CSS, are ruined. I need to restore all contents for not to lose my visitors.

So I am now facing a split decision, moving into .org blog or take the rather 'costly' bundle to get the CSS only needed feature back.

Your suggestion is important and is very much appreciated.
