It looks like you're running a self-hosted version of WordPress, which is different from the service here at WordPress.com. You can read about the differences here.

Make sure you're logging into your self-hosted site at abigailspen.com/wp-admin, not a WordPress.com blog.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to seek support on the WordPress.org support forums.

I have followed the instructions provided. Moved the domain to godaddy.com, however in my wp dashboard I still do not see the option that allows me to upload themes from my computer and install them, like I do for another account and blog I have. Any help would be appreciated.
