I think right thing for your purpose is to buy a domain and map it with your existing site. See for details: http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/

This will enable you to get whatevername.com or other .org etc domains without moving anything at all. Buy a domain from wordpress.com or from some other registrar and map it with your existing francescdg.wordpress.com blog, and make the new domain name as primary. Thus visitors would be able to access your site through both the newly bought domain name and the wordpress.com domain. Users will always see the new domain name.

Hi,

My boss and I created a Blog for our company HR Dpt.
At that time, as it was created from his account, the URL was http://www.francescdg.wordpress.com now the blog has grown succesfully and we feel it's time to make it Official but obviously this URL it's not coporate appropiate.

He has already created a blog with the URL http://www.seatjobs.wordpress.com and we wish either move everything to the new URL or change the old for the new.

How could we do that?
