I have items in the side bar that contain links to outside web addresses and they work fine. I want some links for the time being, to go nowhere, just a name under a title, ie 2013 Events is the title and 10k is the event. I want it to appear as a list, not an html link. How is this accomplished? Also, when the 10k race is completed I'd like to link the 10k to a description of the race which is a page or maybe a blog posting. How do I link that? Thanks
