What i want to do is put a login form on the front end of website. So users can login in and out has they like.

That's not possible on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. For a blog registration set up you will need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

Just a normal login form with stuff like username, password, email address etc etc
