When we subscribe to a blog we subscribe to receive posts from a specific URL. I tagged this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they reply.

Also note that "likes" are just warm and feely numbers that don't mean much at all. In fact likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can "like" and "share" your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. See here for what I do to compel readers to read posts on my site > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/07/09/wordpress-followers-likes-and-stats

I have changed my user name and display name. I am kind of panicking now in case I lose everything, like followers, my Blogs and comments Etc. Does it effect any of these? I'm pretty new to this.

Also I have over twenty likes on my about, but only four show up, why is this? This has also happened on a few other of my Blogs.
