I find it crazy that the Editor can publish, edit, and delete any posts/pages, moderate comments, manage categories, manage tags, manage links and upload files/images.
The author can:
edit, publish and delete their posts, as well as upload files/images (I assume the author can not add pages or posts)

Why isn't there one in between?
One that can make pages, posts, delete their own posts, as well as upload files/images? I do not like the fact that an editor can delete anyones posts. That really should be under the administrater only. Any chance of this happening?
