It comes up clean on Firefox and Chrome, but has the scroll bars on IE9.

I'm not seeing any scrollbars in the browsers I use. You're probably using a bad browser version.

I tried changing the sizes in the code, and they do effect how much is displayed, but never get rid of the scroll bars, no matter how big I make it.
