The only process that we can use for verifying free hosted WordPress.com blogs with search engines is found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don't feel panicky about this please. Also note it takes weeks of publishing unique content that cannot be found elsewhere on the interment for Bing and Google to index your content. WordPress.com automatically provides the search engines with sitemaps. There's nothing we bloggers need to do.

First, you sign up to use Google webmaster tool
Follow the instructions and put it on your blog.

Create sitemap.xml file (search "how to Create sitemap.xml" on google)
create a robots.txt file ((search "how to Create a robots.txt file" on google)
Then insert the code that you have to Google webmaster tool

So you have to declare your blog to google and wait for google index (about 2 weeks)
