You should simply send a ticket to Support, although they are closed right now so you should wait.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

There was a time when even youtube video thumb images were not showing up in the RSS and/or the subscription email, but they have fixed that issue. If Videopress thumbs are intended to show up in the RSS than they will fix it.

Oh ok. I purchased VideoPress upgrade for embedding in a self hosted WP install.

My videos display fine in my posts, but they are stripped out of the feed.

I know you'll probably say to look on wordpress.org but I purchased this service from wordpress.com and am really struggling to find information on using VideoPress.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

No. We Volunteers do not provide support via email or PM's. The answers we post are here in forum threads where we can all benefit from them in the here and now and also in the future when they are retrived vis forum searches.

There's no problem with the blog being set to "private" fine. Link it to your username and when we click the link we can verify from the log-in message whether or not it's actually a wordpress.COM blog and not a wordpress.ORG install.

Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to 'Account Details'. In the spot where it says 'website' fill in the address of your blog starting with thr prefix http:// and save the changes.

Hello,

I can't seem to get my videos to show up in my feed... How can this be done?
Do we need to create a custom feed for VideoPress videos to be included?

If so, how do we call the video thumbnail and the video itself in the xml file?

Thanks
CG
